1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, using a FinioBiz payment link, publishing a storefront, connecting an application, or accessing the FinioBiz dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you are using FinioBiz on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.
If you have a separate merchant agreement, processor agreement, or signed commercial agreement with FinioBiz, that agreement may apply in addition to these Terms and may control where it conflicts with this page.
2. The FinioBiz service
FinioBiz helps businesses create payment experiences and manage payment activity. Depending on availability and configuration, the service may include payment links, online storefronts, hosted checkout pages, merchant dashboards, reports, API access, webhook notifications, and connected checkout capabilities.
FinioBiz may work with banks, mobile financial service providers, card networks, crypto payment gateways, payment processors, fraud prevention vendors, identity verification providers, infrastructure providers, and other third parties to make these services available.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate business, owner, contact, settlement, and operational information when requested. FinioBiz may require account review, identity verification, business verification, risk review, or additional documents before activating or continuing access to payment features.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account, dashboard, API keys, and connected systems.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the products, services, prices, descriptions, order details, refund policies, delivery promises, customer communications, tax obligations, and legal compliance of your business. FinioBiz provides payment and operational tools, but it does not become the seller of your goods or services.
You must not use FinioBiz to mislead customers, impersonate another business, collect unauthorized payments, sell prohibited products or services, violate sanctions or financial crime rules, or process transactions that you are not legally allowed to accept.
5. Payments, refunds, disputes, and withdrawals
Payment options shown to a customer may vary by country, provider availability, merchant configuration, currency, risk rules, and transaction type. A customer’s payment is not complete until the relevant payment method or provider confirms it.
Fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, payment holds, reserves, settlement timing, and withdrawal limits may depend on your merchant agreement, payment provider terms, and applicable laws. You remain responsible for customer service, order fulfillment, refund decisions, and dispute evidence unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
6. Payment links, storefronts, and checkout pages
You are responsible for the accuracy of payment amounts, order references, item descriptions, customer-facing instructions, redirect URLs, callback URLs, and any custom information you request from customers. You should only collect information that is necessary for the transaction or support process.
FinioBiz may remove, suspend, or restrict a payment link, storefront, checkout page, or merchant account if we believe it creates risk, violates these Terms, or may harm customers, partners, or FinioBiz.
7. APIs, webhooks, and connected systems
If you use FinioBiz APIs, webhooks, dashboard exports, or connected checkout features, you are responsible for securing your API keys, validating webhook events, protecting customer data in your systems, and using the integration only for approved business purposes.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, scrape data, test vulnerabilities without permission, or use the integration in a way that disrupts FinioBiz or other users.
8. Compliance, security, and data handling
FinioBiz is designed around privacy-first data handling, encrypted and access-controlled systems, and PCI DSS aligned practices where payment card data is involved. You must use approved FinioBiz checkout and provider flows for sensitive payment information and must not collect full card numbers, card verification codes, passwords, or other sensitive credentials through unsupported fields.
You agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance checks, fraud reviews, audits, law enforcement requests, provider requests, and regulatory obligations related to your use of FinioBiz.
9. Service changes and availability
FinioBiz may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product, providers, markets, or regulations evolve. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Some features may be marked as beta, early access, staging, limited release, or illustrative. Those features may change before general availability.
10. Intellectual property
FinioBiz owns or licenses the product, software, design, documentation, branding, APIs, and related materials. You may use them only as allowed by these Terms and your agreement. You retain ownership of your business content, product information, and customer records, subject to the rights needed for FinioBiz to provide the service.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FinioBiz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FinioBiz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party providers, customer disputes, unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure credentials, or your violation of these Terms.
Any liability cap, indemnity, warranty, dispute resolution, governing law, or venue terms may be further defined in your merchant agreement or signed commercial agreement.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to FinioBiz if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, breaks provider rules, triggers compliance concerns, or may harm customers, partners, or FinioBiz. You may stop using FinioBiz at any time, but outstanding obligations, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and compliance duties may continue after termination.
13. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the product and legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. For legal, privacy, or account questions, contact FinioBiz through the official support or contact channel published by FinioBiz.
